发帖数: 1670 | 1 I will pick up an Alumna from JFK to 503 121W St. NY 10027 this evening.
Since I live in NJ and not familiar with NYC. I have two questions for you .
1. Can I have a street parking in front of the dorm (503) after 10:00PM ?
2. Is there any recipist or security guard who can help to open the door at
that time ? She already made reservation for a room.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know ! Thanks ! |

2. i doubt it. if possible, can she contact her roommate? that's what i did
before (i arrived on a Sunday. Fortunately, my roommate was already there by
then).

Thanks for your quick response. Basically she is my friend's friend,
yesterday I got a call from my friend for the help on picking up since she
suddenly lost her other two companies. I am not sure what is her situation.
I assume she didn't contact anybody in the dorm. Now whom should I contact
with for the entrance key ?

hour today. But I really doubt that somebody else can pick up the key for
her from UAH without the authorization. I guess she must be in the plane now
. She should have scheduled for this key issue way before she comes if she
is going to arrive late at night.
算了,俺做回好人把.她不嫌乱的话,今晚可以在我那儿歇脚.明天应该能从UAH拿钥匙.我
住得离她很近, 离UAH也很近.

The super lives in the building near to the front main door.
But I have friends still living in that build and maybe can help her get
into the building and ask her roommate to open the door.
