发帖数: 1285 | 3 I knew that this wine would be good, and it is really good! I bot a case of
this wine last year but did not open until just now. The rating of this
wine is 94 points by The Wine Advocate and 92 points by Wine Spectator.
Winemaker's notes are as the following:
"... rich, ripe fruit flavors. Aromas of sweet vanilla and lemon oil evolve
into flavors of lemon custard and honeyed hazelnuts. The rich, luscious
mouthfeel is perfectly balanced by bright citrus notes. This wine is a
wonderful example of how complex and simultaneously charming Chardonnay can
be. ..."
My first impression of this wine is: aromas of sweet complex fruits, full-
bodied, creamy, dense, smooth, full mouth of ripe citrus etc. I will get
more about its subtlety after I taste more. I am glad that it was a good
decision to have a case last year.
