Krispy Kreme in Arizona is offering a card good for 1 doughnut and a coffee
per day for 1 year.
When you buy the card you also get 3 dozen doughnuts.
The card will be for sale only 3 days: May 13-15, 2011.
According to the site, this card is worth over $500 if you use it daily.
