Amazon has them for $14.89 there is a $15 rebate. If you are a Prime member
then shipping is free.
There is another thread discussing the rebate in general here. This is
meant to be more specific and additionally highlight the fact that Amazon
appears to have dropped the price.
One note, I'm not sure if these come with shims or if they are needed but I
will do some additional research to find out. There aren't many left so you
might want to move fast.
