The sharpener is on sale solo for $9.99, which means in the combo deal you'
re getting the 5" knife for $30 (when nonsale pricing is ~$69.95 for the
knife)
(They also offer the 7" santoku WITH sharpener on sale for $74.99 (knife
alone normally $79.95), but not such a steal...)
Shipping does "kill" the deal at $8.50, but if you can get this deal in
store (or you can personally justify ~$50 total for the package with
shipping + tax), it's a *GREAT* price on a VERY good quality knife...
