Cooper or Road Runner tires and get the fourth free. You can either go in
store or order online (you have to pay shipping then).

or you can call their customer service number on the front page for online
orders. Instore, nor online, actually take the coupon so just mention it.

After purchasing the tires you can then go through Cooper and submit the
rebate form for up to $75 bucks (depending on what tire you get). I bought
four (three) Discover A/T3's so I got the $75 one. Here's the link to Cooper

Fleet farm gave me a rebate form that made it look like they didn't give me
a deal so that I wouldn't have any problem receiving the rebate!
My complete transaction is as follows....
4 Discover A/T3 @ 139.95 ea = 559.80
-1 Discover A/T3@ 139.95 ea = 419.85
Sales Tax 20.99 = 440.84
Visa Rebate -75.00 = 365.84
365.84 / 4 (each tire) = 91.46 per tire (msrp of 139.95 ea)
Savings of $48.49 per tire These tires are great, good reviews and I love em
on my truck!
They have most normal sizes and even some odd ball ones. Auto, Truck, and
ATV Tires are included in this. Look in the subcategories on the left side
of the Fleet's main tire web page for the different types of vehicles and

Bad thing is I don't have a free shipping code so sorry to anyone that doesn
