was much better.
"Chicago" is not bad. I enjoyed it. Tight story with
black humour. No sissy sentimental love story. A lot of
killing and back-stabbing.

feminist. but i can't relate this movie to anything about
that. not even that, you mentioned the image of women in
the film are different from what we expect them to be.
i don't see how, it's still good looking women expose their
legs, relying on male characters

Are you female? As a male specimen of the homo sapien,
I am not sure I'm qualified to judge feminism. Though
I try to make objective observations.
Take a course and you became a feminist? I always think you need
more life experience to reach that stage?
Agree you heer. That's where I disouted with my friend.
But the movie is still enjoyable. The tongue-in-cheek
irony and dark humour is so obviously there. Any thing with

atlanta ballet and i'm their season audience. nothing compares
to a live show, nothing, absolutely nothing.
i can tolerate the exaggeration [sic] in a live show but not
movie, they make me puke.

anyone can claim that, what's so special. there are many
feminism scholars are males, what's so special.
as a matter of fact, i think the movie is the opposite, it's

The other one I like is the part when they are in the court, ti ta wu.
In general, I like the movie. the structure to combine dance and reallife
is interesting to me.

From that movie,I see two women go through some hard time, 把道义之类统统
放到一边，找到了自己能生存的方式。包括出卖大腿。I feel it is ok if other
woman wants to do that. 就象有时候学生上学为了是今后的生计。都是用自己
有的，and feel ok to do the exchange for living.
也许，有的人觉得那是不尊重自己，她们变成了取悦男人的工具，不自省，可悲。
我到觉得对于chicago 里的两个女人，We can't expect them to have other

than an asskicking CD 'cause of those super large amps, those lights and smoke
and stuff, the atmosphere, the chicks, the free-crack-giveaway, everything...
everything that you can't have in your car while listening CD from your
stereo. a kick-ass live show easily turns out to suck-ass.

single inperfection is obvious. but in live shows, it's so easy
to cover up mistakes.
i played in several bands since highschool, we had nice shows at
parties but we really disappointed ourselves in a studio. you can
ask anyone who played music and they'll tell you the same.
