believe them.
I just find some information (such as income/price) which might be
interesting to some people here.

By the way, not sure if you're familiar with DC metro area. My opinion,
Bethesda-Frederick-Rockville should not be in same category. It's like we
put Palo Alto-Morgan Hill-Cupertino together.
so in other words, like the other post said, it's not useful.

DC metro area is also quite expensive, though not as crazy as here.
30W you might be able to get a 2bed condo in Rockville now, premier location
, for example. Couple of years ago, 1 bed. Bethesda is more expensive.
My 1bed condo in Rockville, I just checked at Chase Home Value estimate
website, it worth 239k.
again, what really surprises me is the household income.
