but last year when we're looking, we saw an open house, but it's not a good
fit. the listing agent asked us about the requirement, and said if we really
wanted to buy into that community, she could knock on the neighbor's doors
(she lived in the community). I thought she was kidding. but now looks like
some agent can be aggressive.
