some frame are just frames, a big open space inside it.
u can get a platform bed

了一个太高的床。

just checked pb website again, it can be used without a box

如果是那种底下是几个木条的frame
可以量好尺寸到HD/Lowes裁最便宜的胶合板
就十几刀吧记得
如果碰到有边角料什么处理的
几刀就可以买到
先铺板然后铺点薄的foam膜或厚点的board paper什么之类的
（因为胶合板不是很光 可能会挂mattress）
再把mattress放上面就可以了

very good price, $189?, 3 drawers with head board (that we don't use yet),
light wood color, we 9 brought it home, and add a twin mattress from Sams.
We constantly move it from sitting room to lele's own room depends on
weather. Several years le, still OK.
