Christmas vacation of 1911 in Vienna, in which “one of the characters
expressed the thought that no matter what happened in the world, nothing bad
could happen to him --- he was independent of fate and circumstance.”
Wittgenstein mentioned how that had opened his view and made him see the
possibility of religion. This seems to be a typical revelation that happened
