你买了是吧。空头说CEU的中文网页无法运行，你可以看看是不是这样。
我查了一下他们的网页流量，2010 3月之前几乎无人问津，3月之后流量暴涨，这和公司去年财报说的收入稳定增长不一致，这怎么解释？这些东西没搞清楚之前，我反正是不会买的。

Shares of China Education Alliance Inc. (CEU) plunged following a conference
call with shareholders as the company tried to flesh out its operations to
investors.
Last week, investment firm Kerrisdale Capital Management LLC published a
report saying it believes China Education's "revenue and profit are highly
overstated in its SEC filings and that the company is mostly a hoax."
Kerrisdale said it hired an investigator to visit the company's training
center in China and "found it to be barren of desks and teaching equipment."
The stock dropped 34% the day of the initial report.
China Education called the accusations "baseless" at the time and has said
it "categorically denies" the allegations. It also said last week it was
consulting with advisers and legal counsel on "the appropriate response to
preserve investor confidence and shareholder value."
China Education said later last week that its auditor confirmed bank
balances at most of its operations in the country, and on Tuesday, the
company had a conference call to update investors. During the call, China
Education further explained its operations in an effort to ease investor
concerns.
Still, shares tumbled 17% to $2.70 in recent trading. The stock has now
dropped 56% so far this year.
Joy Wang, a senior analyst at Rodman & Renshaw, said the stock was down as
the company didn't provide concrete enough evidence of its operations.
"I think the forcefulness of CEU's response is inadequate in quelling
investors' concerns," Wang said, noting that the company could better soothe
fears by posting photos and addresses of its training facilities.
Still, Wang said she has spoken with parties who have checked the company's
operations over the past week, and she hasn't uncovered "evidence of any
fraud."
