claim warranty如下：
I received the console today. Everythimg is OK. The only thing I would like
to ask you is any proof of purchase for warrantee purposes.

Please don't worry about the warranty. If there is anything wrong, please
direct contact Microsoft with your ebay invoice. Since XBOX360 has one year
warranty from Microsoft.

I don't have the invoice. Could you resend it to me.

You can use your ebay order detail page and paypal transaction page as your
invoice.

According to the Xbox warrantee it's valid for consoles purchased from an
authorized retailer. Any eBay print out does not confirm that you are an
authorized retailer. That's why I requested an invoice.

. Ebay is a special market for selling and buying. Your ebay order details
and paypal transaction could be used as your receipt/invoice. According to
our ebay selling history, all the items we sold are covered by manufacture
warranty.
Also we can help you to claim if you need to claim your warranty to
Microsoft.

Unfortunately the Microsoft warrantee clearly states that the purchase has
to be made from an authorized dealer. That's why I ask you to send me an
invoice. If you are not an authorized dealer, you should not state in the
listing that the console has warrantee and I would not buy it.
