买了IPAD 说收到的是空盒子
When I opened the Carton from FedEx it was EMPTY - NO I-Pad - only 2 formed
pieces of cardboard that appeared to hold the I-Pad - The Carton was intact
- I had to use a knife to cut the tape.
I need a resolution ASAP

我那个怕啊。只好把label，箱子，laptop拿到fedex kinkos去打包，跟小二说，
你得给我作证，证明我是把三个电脑封到箱子里的。我还写了封信让他签字。
小二把经理叫来，经理想了很久，说fedex legal dept不会让她随便签名的，
然后把她的名片给了我，再指指头顶的camera，让这里的camera就记录下来了,
如果病人胆敢fraud, 过来找她，I got you covered.
可能第二天去找她，她就会说不记得我，不记得有这么一回事。。。老美都是
嘴上说得好听而已。。 |
