就在amazon卖了2个laptop，一个被老中买了，犹豫了下还是寄了。
结果
I received my order today and I am satisfied with the shipping speed;
however, I am very very upset about the conditions of this item.
First, the condition of the laptop is not new; I can easily tell by
the worn box as well as the tape on the bottom of the box (it's been
opened). Second, the battery doesn't sit evenly in place (it seems
being dropped). Third, the power adapter doesn't match with the manual
that came with the laptop (it is not the original model of power
adapter); furthermore, there are scratches on one end of the power
adapter (it shows being used). Last, THIS HP LAPTOP HAS BEEN OPEN
INTERNALLY BECAUSE THE COLOR OF THE SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM FOR ACCESSING
THE INTERNAL, SUCH AS RAM, HAS CHANGED. THIS PROVES THAT THIS HP HAS
BEEN OPENED INTERNALLY AND THE CONDITION IS NOT NEW AT ALL--IT IS
WORSE THAN REFURBISHED CONDITIONS.
I pay for a brand new laptop not for any other conditions. I choose to
buy my item from you because you have a lot of positive feedback and I
would assume that you are a honest seller and I wouldn't have to worry
about the laptop but clearly, my assumptions are wrong. Please give me
a proper explanation/reason why this item is not as what you describe
on Amazon and your respond to me on the other day, or I will take
further actions for this issue. |
