The reason this purchase did not credit to your account is because it is not eligible. The item purchased is on the listing from Newegg of items not eligible to earn cash back for the week of purchase.
When selecting the Newegg merchant there are special terms which state:
Customers earn rewards with all online orders excluding cell phone service packages and gift cards. Newegg also has a rotating list of products that are non-commissionable - for more information, please contact Customer Service.
