Me:Hi I have not received my $40 credit on my order. I have received the
shaver over 10 days.
Joleene:this order Order ID: 110-3568506-5537061 was offered a $40 promotion
however when Braun posted the price they accidentally posted the price
after the discount had been applied, so when you ordered the $40 had already
been deducted from the original price. No further discount will apply. This
is the alert on your order : The terms and conditions state that the
customer will receive an additional $40 credit to their account within 10
days after the item has shipped. However, the price they are receiving the
item for is the discounted price, and a $40 credit will not be applied to
the order. Please apologize to customers for the confusion and adhere to the
following:

price is was ordered at already included the $40 discount.
