标 题: 病人求助8个月打印机坏了，怎么办

warranty expired le, 让他死磕HP?
Bought this printer and went thru only one set of the original cartages and
when I went to change the colors that were running out it said put another
color in now because it was out too. I finally called HP and talked to them
at length and the said that there was a problem with the printer ink cartage
holder and that the year factory warranty had just ran out a couple of
months ago. Do you have any warranty for an item that was purchased and only
used for about 7 months? HP suggested that I buy a new printer from them
and get an extended warranty program. The printer ink cartridge carrier is
some thing that HP said that they have been having a problem with and when
it quits you can not print any thing at all. |
