，就成了“南海滩减肥法”（South Beach Diet）的开山鼻祖了。南海滩减肥法说的简

您的建议我充分理解，15+3=18，就一个提，为什么上小学的时候，老师出了100次我才
会了，典型的例子：小名家有15头猪，又买了3头，现在有几头呀？当然，猪可以换成
任何事物，就是另外一道题。本人驽钝，被考了18次后，才搞明白这么简单的15+3=18。
找一乐，您要是笑了，也算一种意思。您显然觉得很烦。

You are right in that losing weight is a PERSONAL experience of a constant
struggle. I do not think that you have something to offer that is

somewhere in the michigan.Sounds similar.
