比如坚果类的东西,我看一大罐子的calories只有170,但是total fat却有25%

I don't know how much nuts you are referring to by 一大罐子, but usually 1
oz of nuts is around 160 - 180 kCal.
It seems you lack very basic knowledge on weight losing and you should
really catch up on reading. |
