I just made some steel cut oats with my slow cooker. Seems old-fashion oats
are easier to cook - only 5 minutes.

米碴一样. Old Fashion, 应该是烘烤过,压扁了的,所以速食.
Steel Cut有嚼头,适合我这种喜欢吃粗粮的人.

配上烘烤的核桃仁啥的
