视录像抓住了,虽然没说是中国人,可是名字叫Qien Feng, 还有照片,亚洲人的面孔.
本来外国人就认为中国人人道主义精神差,不爱护动物,还出这么档子丢人事儿,太伤心

Man Arrested in Dog Poisoning
HOUSTON - Qien Feng was released from the Harris County jail Wednesday after
prosecutors say he tried to poison his neighbor's dogs with cheese balls
laced with a toxin, strychnine.
Just why Feng allegedly wanted to see his neighbor's dogs dead in Rice
Military is unclear. It was in that same neighborhood where Charlotte
Liberda's dogs were poisoned back in July. They all survived.
To prevent the incident from happening again, Liberda installed cameras
around her house. It was those surveillance units that captured 44-year-old
Qien Feng throwing those tainted cheese balls over Liberda's fence in a
reported second attempt to kill her dogs.
Feng was charged with cruelty to animals and released on a $2,000 bond. | i*****p

Qian Feng was arrested yesterday after he was captured on film in the act of
strategically tossing strychnine-laced cheese balls into a neighbor's yard.
Charlotte Liberda, the neighbor, told Channel 11 that she installed security
cameras after all three of her dogs all became violently and inexplicably
ill over the summer -- one by one over the course of a few weeks, each would
collapse and go into convulsions. The same thing had happened to other
pooches in the area. (All of Liberda's dogs survived the attacks.)
Way back in July, shortly after the sick-dog epidemic commenced, people
starting finding the cheeseballs. It was not until November 12 that Liberda
was able to obtain her smoking gun footage. She turned it over to the cops
and Feng, 43, was arrested yesterday at his home on O'Reilly Street, just
behind St. Thomas High School. He was charged with a felony count of cruelty
to non-livestock animals. His bond was set at $2,000.
