and engine manufacturers. The settlement provides
$ 35, but you must file the claim before 8/31/2010.
The lawn mower must be bought between January 1, 1994

and still got no refund/response yet. am wondering if we also need to mail

The web site states that,
'Please check back on September 24, 2010 for additional updates as to any
appeals or the date of cash and warranty distributions (if no appeals are
filed).'
They would need the time to count how many people have filed after 8/31/2010,
including the paper submission.
They would know by then the dollar amount each different company/engine
manufacturer has to pay, according to the brand names filed against them.
