电话xxx分机。
打通之后是老印女阿三，问她信用卡的什么信息不对，丫却不肯说，hold很久，不知道
在干啥，最后说，can I call you back? CTM! 以为别人电话通话都是不要钱的吗？
只能继续给他们打电话，女阿三还把信用卡公司的agent也拉到通话中来，查来查去，
发现偶提供的信用卡信息没有一条是不对的！ MD, 最后说解决了。本来就应该是什么
事也没有的啊！
但第二天，发现order cancelled! 只能又打电话，变成了男老印，罗嗦半天，说你得
找customer care, 那tm你是干什么的？就在偶要挂断电话时，男老印突然冒出一句：
给你一个新的order number. 原来他们没有继续原来的order, 而是把原来的cancell掉，
又生成了一个新的order, 但这样delivery的时间就晚了好几天了。而且如果不打这个
电话，没人告诉我们有什么新order, 我们看到的就只有order cancelled.
今天又打了男老印给的customer care, 这次倒都是美国女人接的，转到了一个upper
level的美国大妈处，大妈挺能白乎，绕老绕去快变成不是他们的错了，说什么新order
上给你设的是priority shipping， 一天就能到。我说那按你说的可能的最晚的
shipping date和一天能到的速度，是不是几号就能收到，结果大妈来句： I hope, I
can't give you promise. 真他妈扯淡！
买个Dell的破电脑，让人有种想把他们家砸了的冲动。 这是小概率情况吗？还是很普
遍？ |

08年下了个order 期间delay/cancellation 好几次 花了两个多月 才送到
10年也下了order 也delay/cancellation 好几次 这次花了一个多月
遇上这事你 order肯定会delay again.
劝你 能cancell 就cancell 吧 . 你这是买钱受罪

Had a nightmare experience with them for covered repair.
I am about to write and mass post complaints against them on MAJOR websites.
I am not too surprised to see this post here.
It's finished.
We will bury it. they deserve their demise, only because they do NOT treat
their customers right.
Dell is so finished as a viable IT provider.

周围两个朋友买个lenovo都被charge两次卡~
HP显卡门就不用说了~
dell我那会一个电话没说几句就fedex 2nd day一个空箱子过来。然后偶把本本ship回
去，修好了又立马fedex回来~ |

发帖数: 430 | 8 说我的信用卡吗？citi的，用了记不清多少年了，买破烂Dell的同时也用此卡买了比
Dell贵的多的东西，都没任何问题。
烂的应该还是Dell自己的人和系统吧,否则为什么会无中生有地产生了什么信用卡在他们那出
问题的情况？
而且偶觉得更烂的是这几点： 平白无故cancel顾客order
敷衍顾客，用更晚的新order代替旧order, 而且不告诉顾客
客服从老印阿三到美国大妈，都没一个承认是他们自己系统的
问题，而是一直在敷衍，很明显的敷衍，那种当顾客是白痴的敷衍，主要是这点让人想抽他
们。

down the road.
But the problem goes far beyond customer service
First of all. I bot a top of the line laptop. And it turned out I have two
defective memory sticks and one bad hard drive!!!
It is mind boggling how 3 of the 4 major swappables are bad. No wonder I
keep getting blue screened.
Then the finance. I use major bank account to pay the 0% loan back every
month. It was set up correctly and after a few month. Suddenly the payment
didn't go through one day. My bank did research for me and the conclusion
was Dell claimed my account number is unrecognizable. But the exact same
payment continued to work after that one time mystery. Late fee was charged
for that weird incident.
None of those two above even relate to customer service.
This company has degenerated into a total pile of crap.
Oh they WILL hear me
