Pelvic tilts: lie on the back with the legs bent and feet hip distance apart
. Inhale -- press the tailbone down creating a small arch in the back,
exhale -- press the small of the back down pressing it to the floor and
tilting the tailbone a little bit up. Repeat 4-6 times.
Apanasana -- bring the knees to the chest and place the hands on the knees
fingers pointing forward. Inhale -- press the knees away from you, exhale --
bring the knees closer lengthening the back on the floor. Repeat 4-6 times.
Asymmetrical Apanasana -- lie on the back with the legs bent and feet hip
distance apart. Bring one knee to the chest and place the hands on the
shinbone. Inhale -- press the knee away, exhale -- bring it closer. Repeat
4-6 times. Repeat on the other side.
Chakra Vakasana -- go to child's pose. Inhale -- come to hands and knees,
exhale -- back to child's pose. Repeat 6 times.
Sphinx -- hold 5-7 breaths.
