s****r 发帖数: 126	1 If there are large amount ROW spill-over (for example >7000) for one month ( Aug. or Sept.), is it possible for USCIS to have enough man-power to review-process- approve >7000 cases and use all available visa number? I doubt if USCIS may find excuses for wasting those spill-over visa numbers. Anyone has any suggestions? Any organization will monitor them for using all suddenly rushed-in large mount visa numbers?
