points)，broker给的closing costs的估计只比银行低$500左右。这个正常吗？还是

broker said she "worked very very hard" to get a 4.25%! After I settled, I
won't recommend this broker to anyone else.

downpayment and lock how long etc.
Anyway, 4.25% (purchase loan rate) for today is really not good.

could not figure out all the ins and outs. This stuff is crazy.
