为这样移民局就查不到确切的离境时间了）然后回国。回国之后不到半年还想再签，但
是签证时候被查出滞留经历，于是很悲剧的拒签了。据说婆婆回家之后哭了一个星期，
眼睛都哭肿了。
当时LG在网上查了一下，根据 3year/10year bar，是说非法滞留180天以上一年以下三
年不得入境；非法滞留1年以上10年不得入境，所以婆婆之后的三年都没再去签。
到了今年已经第四年了，于是想再试试看申请能不能过，于是约了公公婆婆两人7月初
沈阳的签证。
这次因为是过了3年以后第一次签，而且很少有类似经历的准备材料供他们参考，所以
婆婆自己写了一份保证书，保证之后一定按照美国移民局规定绝不滞留，又带了其他材
料去了。结果是有一次很悲剧的被拒签了。签证官没有明确提出签证被拒的理由，只是
说他们的申请不符合美国移民局相关规定所以拒签，整个签证过程态度良好。
我们猜拒签的原因有如下两个：

作。因此不能频繁交易。了解哪些是track stock的，哪些是track bode, 哪个是cash
equivalent fund. 可以买10year average performance最好的fund，无脑定投；也可
以自己制定策略，适时切换现金/股票模式，切身体会是，由于进入现金位要待30天，
自己操作的performance很难beat 最好fund的performance。
退休后取出来的时候按但是的收入交税，不过一般换雇主后就roll over到自己的IRA里

and location. Rush hour traffic is not a big issue here.
Second, new vs matured community/house. If you are considering resale, I
