我回帖从来都不是为了跟谁辩论个输赢。因为辩论除了浪费时间，别的根本一点用都没
有。就像康蕾的事情，这么简单，辩论了这么久，有用吗？该黑的还是黑，该粉的还是
粉。
我不知道我的第一个回帖哪里让你感觉我不正常，你两次回帖都要强调你是正常的。既
然这样我还有什么好跟你说的，你都认定我是不正常了是吗？我回帖从来不为了辩论输
赢，更不会向人证明我是否正常。所以我才觉得回你的帖没意义。
康蕾募捐不对，这个事情我没有异议，我不明白你为什么要单开一段跟我解释。我的立
场很清楚，原话，“很想说的是，婷婷的妈妈11年6月就在天涯开贴了，以天涯的扒皮
之狠，至今婷婷妈得到的仍然是满满的祝福，足可见真金不怕火炼，人跟人总是不一样
的。”这句话有那么难理解吗？我哪句话哪个语气像在偏袒康蕾？还要让你这么麻烦地
打一大段字来说明康募捐不对？不明情况的人看了还以为我是康粉呢。

similar. But more specifically, SVCE will charge the same (after PG&E fixed
surcharge) and pay less for solar over production.
And we will have gas with PG&E anyway.
I will probably just opt out to avoid unnecessary trouble.

I did not find the 3 month resident requirement in the FAQ page. You will
need a IL driver license. I suggest you fill in the form and get anything
the form requires along the way.
When I was applying for the FOID, I just fill in the form and mailed it out
with a
$10 check.
for CFP, yes, you just go directly to the police station and get the finger
print at the same time. They won't bother you to make another appointment.

and this figure. unlike other activities such as stock picking, running race
result is not determined by luck at all. it is purely skill ( the term
skill, i guess, is relative to luck and does not mean pure technical skill.
genetics and hard work matter too) the result is a no-brainer. i am just
glad that non-runners appreciate this too. |

很多球友问评级，或者用NTRP guide line自评的时候，实际上就是文中所说的USTA以
前使用的rating system, 是Skill based.
当你参加USTA联赛之后，你拥有的评级，就是目前使用的performance based system。
我们经常把skill 和 performance混淆。
