减去 20k的政治移民， 10k的非EB2IC的EB，还有22K,这22k是EB2IC.因为有EB3I升级到
EB2I,还有一部分08PD的不能在2月前递交485, 其实应该有25k左右的demand
10月和11月说的21kEB,照例减去10K，就是11k的 EB2IC
基本就是 PD08 和PD 07年有 11k+25k＝36K的demand 了
supply 方面其实看上年就ok了，上年EB2IC一共拿到不够30k的名额，今年逻辑上可能更少，因为
经济好了，但是也可能因为 27%分配了更多名额给EB2IC,保守估计还是30k
所以2012年能清理大部分08PD,一小部分09PD

"4.dreamer321提出FY末真排期最多只能到2008年4月。如果假设他是对的，那么下面2件
事情必须都发生：
a)仍有上万07、08pder+ EB-1,EB-2ROW的11，12 pder至今还没file成485。
b)他们将在本财年7月中以前file 485。（假设485 processing time为75天。）

前半年批准人数是75k，CP一般是20k，也就是还有45k名额给后半年，EB3每年40k，还
剩半年也就是应该还有20k左右。这样看来留给ROW和EB1CI的名额只有25k了。之前的数
据表明ROW和EB1CI的demand应该在5-6k/mo（根据SO反推），六个月就是30-36k，这也
是为什么EB2row开始有排期的原因。
好消息是140 demand在下降，FY2011的monthly demand是20k+, FY2012 Q1是18k，Q2下
降到了14.5k，而且经济在减缓，要知道140是包括中印的新PD的，所以看上去今年的
demand并没有增加，反而在大幅降低。我觉得大家还是吃好睡好，估计2008-2012的PD
们还是4.5-5年的等待时间，下次放水应该在2014 |

successor in interest". 当然了你的PD和H1B延期不受影响。

雇主可以不用支付的：an alien may pay his or her own legitimate costs in the
permanent labor certification process, including attorneys’ fees for
representation of the alien.
140和485也不是雇主一定支付的。

可以看到今年工资的平均值是$92,317, 中间值是$83,230。
本科学位和硕士学位是申请主力，10年平均本科占44.64%，硕士占42.37%。
今年的硕士16万5申请，本科14万人申请。这还是在有抽签的前提下一年的量。
总共批了19万7千个H1b，下面有同学说一年只有8万5，可能你没有算不用抽签的H1b。
更有主意的是，有多少opt的同学还没开始申请H1b。但是他们的年纪学位英语和工资
都不差。
所以那些说自己绝对可以排进前14万的可以好好再想想。

在烧热水,烧饭和冬天烧暖气.不算暖气使用时,一个月平均下来也就50来块上下.天寒用
暖气时候,有的月份达到300多块以上,而且还是不敢开得太高温度. |
