第一个是早付不用付penalty,第二个一般都是这样说法吗?我的理解是已经付过的利息
不退了,还没付的理论上的利息如果提前付光就不用付了。我想请熟悉的人或者专家确

好刚好过了700
.如果我要lock rate的话需要交500左右做appraisal.
另一家credit union的firstech,which is 4.375%, 0.5% origination fee, require
credit score > 720。两家closing cost差不多, 5,6k的样子。
Wells Fargo问过, 4.5%还有一堆别的要求,其他的bank, brokers现在还没问。不知道
版上有值得推荐的没?
我的agent好像不是很喜欢CHASE,说从来没有跟CHASE打过交道,怕他们现在说的好听,
到时候closing的时候出问题,另一个担心是从AGENT那里拿到返点在CHASE不好做。不
过chase的那个loan officer告诉我说可以用在closing cost, sewage fees上,好像也
没啥问题。
