以下是他给我们的list：
1,（$240）Move out cleaning (standard 1500 sq ft/3bed 2 bath with window
cleaning)
2, ($300) Yard Clean up (2 persons, $25/hour 6 hours)
3, ($140) Remove&Replace Dead landscaping ( 2 trees/3 shrubs removal to
dump & replace)
我们搬出房子前已经很好地打扫了屋子和院子，我觉得比我们搬进去时还要干净！然后
什么dead landscaping，我们搬进去的时候里面有几棵树的树枝已经干枯，我和房东说
过几次，让他找人来处理，怕掉下来砸到人，他也一直不弄，现在就来扣我们钱了！
是不是加州都是这样扣押金的呢？还是房东就是欺负我们是中国人？！！虽然数额不大
，但是有点咽不下这口气，想上小额法庭，就算赢不了也不能这样莫名其妙给敲诈！
