发帖数: 589 | 4 这次玩前做了一些功课，好多都没用上，在此贴出来，希望能对其他人有些用。
顺便再说几个小地方：
1、我们发现在高速上隔一长段没有加油站的时候，如果是快进城市了最先出现的那个加油站基本上是最贵的，接下来的出口会便宜一些，最多有便宜4毛。
2、我们每天的行程基本上都和GPS给出的时间差不多，很顺利，只有快到LV和LV的时候会堵车，I-40，AR、TX和OK限速是70，NM和AZ是75，我们一般都开到限速或者再多个5-10mi，还能省出加油的时间。
3、我们被警察叔叔拦过两回，一次是12月25日，一次是1月1日，看来美国警察假日也不休啊！

（１）破熊睡觉时间段：2-4am - 10 am (ET, 或者 11pm to 7am PT)
（２）中午高产，是个长午休，如此一般是学生身份。
（３）发帖对非睡眠时间段分布基本均匀，说明是从事接触计算机的工作。
（４）工作，业余发帖频率近似，说明单身未婚，也没有固定女友（或男友）

我家宝宝最近睡长了后，有两个觉是7PM-4:30AM，中间不用喂奶的，一个是发帖子说的
这个，一个是昨天晚上，这两次我就是在他4：30AM醒来的时候喂一次，7：30左右在喂
早上的第一顿。不过也有些时候他在12AM、1AM、2AM、3AM点醒来过，2：30AM左右的居
多，倒也能连着睡7个小时了，所以醒了我也就喂了。请问他现在夜里醒的时间还不是
很规律，我还有必要给他戒2：30AM这顿吗？给他拖到4AM
抱歉我把4AM左右也想成是夜里了，呵呵，所以回帖子的时候说成夜里要喂了：）
赞你家宝宝已经有很稳定的睡眠了‘我家小宝用了2晚上就把夜奶戒掉了，可以从7PM-

in the 2nd week, 2 waters/day, e.g. 4AM/2PM
leave it dry 1-2 day after the 1st two weeks, to avoid fungus issue. The new
sods should be well rooted in two weeks.
in the 3rd week, 1 water/day E.G 4AM

After the 1st month, water it only when the soil is really dry, to encourage

发帖数: 1 | 16 现在每天一到下午4点到6点之间，就心口发慌的厉害，感觉抑郁的不行。
之前在国内，下午4点开始是一天中进入忙碌的阶段，很多务虚会议或者被邀会议充满
了一上午，到下午3点开完，然后4点以后各部门高管才开始有时间谈和做跟自己直接相
关的事，所以晚上6点以后进入业务高峰期，差不多8点多以后才逐步cool down了开了。
下午三四点，整个走廊都快速奔跑的节奏，热闹非凡，各种小吃，甜点，还有庆祝活动
什么的，根本就没有时间思考个人的事，更别说抑郁了。回家以后就九十点了，再洗洗
漱漱的，看看微信，就午夜了。基本上睡眠都不太够。每天都得被闹铃才能吵醒。早晨
坐班车，80%的人继续睡觉，下车的时候，不少人打着哈欠。
一回到美国，两个4点特别难熬，一个是凌晨4am，一个是下午4pm， 前面这个4am是睡
到自然醒，没事可做； 下午4pm，是slow down了，也无所事事，已经没有meeting了，
感觉特别空虚。。。
感觉美国的工作节奏和生活节奏，一下子就慢下来了，简直是80年代社会主义大锅饭的
节奏 |

宝宝一般按照3小时easy作息，不过第一个nap一般都只有40分钟，2点半的那个nap总是
很难哄睡，导致5-6pm的那个就错过了。所以我就提早上床时间到6点半。晚上9pm,10pm
or 11pm，凌晨3，4am会醒过来吃奶（很饥渴的样子）。然后6am-6:30am就醒了，这个
算early wakeup么？
如果3，4am那次换尿布，他就清醒了，就要玩，一闹就2小时。是不是晚上睡觉最好不
要换尿布？可是不还又过饱和，老是背漏，很纠结阿。 |

以前比较天使的，现在变了样
百天的routine比较好，7am，11am，2：30pm，6：30pm吃奶5oz
9am－10am，12pm－2pm nap，下午的nap不是很固定
理想的状况是小朋友8点睡（她从来没有7点睡过。。。），然后10：30pm再起来吃顿奶
但最近2天的现实是：
8：30pm左右开始狂哭，闭上眼睛旺旺旺的哭
哭一会，吃2口奶，要折腾到9点多10点才能安静下来睡着
请问这是闹觉还是可能有其他原因啊？
ped说每天喂formula超过15oz就不用加tri－vi－sol，我们这个差不多formula就是
15oz，所以我们没加了
有可能是缺少微量元素吗？
若是闹觉，有可能train得好吗，她真的是哭得很厉害，有一次把奶全吐了
现在就是抱着哄，还是哭，自己哭好了就睡了
网上也有说是白天运动不够，可我们这个醒的时候就没有安静过，手脚都动。。。

7am,10am,1pm,4pm,6pm,8pm,11pm,2am,4am
每次给他4oz，用最慢的奶嘴，喝到他满意为止，一般只要离上次吃隔了3小时，他都能
全吃光，我的4,6,8 pm是想搞baby whisperer上那种cluster feeding，半夜的两餐省
成一餐，完全做不到，人家每次cluster feeding没有吃到4oz的量，大约都要在4am吃
掉，即使2am已经吃掉4oz，所以基本每天吃32oz。。。
估计我还是得把他调成clb那种节奏，而不是逼他搞cluster feeding。
白天每两餐之间玩一下睡一下，晚上保证喂完之后集中精力哄睡。 |

我家也是满月娃，每顿2.5-3 OZ之间，不是一口气，是N口气，有时候就2 OZ。
喂的次数也比你这个频繁多了。呵呵。至少多3-5次FEEDING。我们是饿了就喂。
而每次吃的有多有少。
你家晚上是11，2，4，这样是3次喂奶，不错了，很不错了。
我家从3AM入睡（之前固定间歇性哭闹1-1.5小时），到早上9AM之间，可能要醒
3-4次，时间不固定。
SIGH，我家娃啥时候能一口气吃掉4 OZ，我就谢谢上帝去！

到120%饱，过一小时再喝水。
只要是大量脂肪和CARB的饮食，就可以大量产奶。
比如俺某天晚上吃了好几个花生糖饼（很多CARB，很多油），第二天凌晨4AM爬起来
不得不泵奶，因为RF肿的巨大的硬块啊！ 往常能坚持到6-7AM的，那天4AM就废了。：）
宝宝3周整，食量稳定在每3小时3oz左右，而我每次只能泵出不到2oz。这个量大概维持
了一星期了没有增加。目前喝的汤有鲫鱼木瓜汤，乌鸡通草汤，酒酿，小米粥等，都是
在这板上总结的。大家说，我是草牛吗？各位妈妈都啥时候实现供需平衡的？另外，出
了月子后还要喝汤吗？怎么喝（种类和频率）？我是婆婆来帮忙做饭，她自己没做过月
子（当年穷），我特不好意思吩咐她给我炖汤，我感觉她已经觉得我high maintenance
了，老对我说既然没奶就别催了，不过我就是不甘心啊。对了，我现在都是让宝宝吸几
