第2个博后，每天10hr，周6 8hr，周日4-8小时。2005年 10月到次年1月，只修过一天
，X mas那天！
现在一个老美实验室，老板相当nice，另外一个印度博后9hrX5天，老板没说什么，也
没有暗示不满。我是习惯努力工作了，10hrX5+6或8hr+4或8hr。
一周60小时，实在正常不过。但是，这也要看工作量。象我第一个博后，让那个嚷嚷
mass lab 80小时的小家伙来，给他 8hrX5，他都会哭爹喊娘，笑笑，不同地方多少小
时，工作量是不一样的。
那里有几个人，不客气地说，都是造粪机，垃圾学生。

我的工序是这样，
1. 不做 edge banding 的话，先用wood filler填上那些空隙
2. sand to 220grit
3. prime and wait for 8hr~24hr depends on weather
4. sand to 220grit util it is felt smooth by hand，and wipe off dust
5. fist coat of paint,then wait for 4~8hr, then sand with 220grit
and then second coat and third coat and sand between coat util no more wood
grains show... to the point is acceptable to you.

背景：近40岁，毫无运动天赋而言。上学达标全靠贿赂老师才可通过。800米一般得5，
6分钟。2008年年底开始锻炼身体，2009年开始跑步，年底受伤，歇了三个月。2010年
恢复，跑了两个斑马。2011年3月首马，11月二马BQ。接着转成超马和trail running.
今年波马五周前，头脑发热，跑了个12hr的比赛。虽然拿了第一名，左腿受伤，歇了两
周，感觉要波马DNF甚至DNS。按摩和dry needling,好一点。比赛当天，4迈过后，左腿
膝盖和ITB就不对了，6迈以后，我就放弃了，好容易在爆炸前几分钟跑完。回到亚特兰
大，左腿彻底残了，彻底休息，到5月底才慢慢开始慢跑。6月份利用周末时间，
section by section，把Appalachian Trail （AT) 在GA的部分全部跑完，伤势未复发
，狂喜中。July 4TH weekend, 去了北卡，跑了AT在北卡的first 60 迈，7+14+21+22+
10，5天下来，感觉非常好，决定开始准备年底跑个easy的100迈。

hour), plus half an hour for every 1,000 feet of ascent.
So 10 miles without elevation is like 5hrs. if 3000 feet elevation is extra
3 hrs. So 8hrs.
I usually go to hikes around 6-8 miles + 2000-4000 elevations. Mostly 5-8hrs
including lunch time. Very nice day hikes. |

那个biopatch， blue to the sky，（不过这个东西有新产品出来了，不在有单独的
biopatch，而是在那个dressing 上面自带的一种jelly样的东西）stat lock，然后
transparent dressing。严格无菌操作，护士带口罩，病人头偏向另一边或者带口罩。
flush： 10ml NS every 8hrs，有的地方用heparin 10units lock，也是every 8hrs
blood draw： 先flush10ml NS，然后回抽，扔掉10ml血，再收集标本，最后再flush
20ml。
每次要用picc时，那个hub要用酒精patch 用力的rub 20 seconds。
remove picc：每个picc 放进去的时候都有个记载，放了几个cm进去了，外面留了几个
cm，总长度几个cm，tip是不是trim 过。这个在病人的chart里头有，或者有的floor有

在TJmaxx买了本spanish “Tapas”，试了几个，比较成功和喜欢的是这个 miniature
brochettes，原版用的pork，我做的时候刚好冰箱里有盒鸡心，就取而代之了，又加了
蘑菇和彩椒配色，虽然照片比较失败：（
材料：
1 lb lean, boneless pork (or similar amount chicken heart),

院子大坡，只有东南角有块略平的地周围没有树，所以基本没想就把shed建在那里了。
买的是8X10的这种：

local有点小折扣，278，加税298吧。
我们没有pickup，而且比较cheap不愿意租车，基本就是考虑拿自己的SUV（lexus
RX350）来拉，所以搭建的option考虑因素之一也是车能装下。
地基是水泥，没有按照操作规程搭木frame，地也没有夯实，就是稍微平了一下，周围
搭了水泥砖（买了30几块）大概当frame，就开始了。先是在自己外面patio上和水泥，
拿不锈钢洗菜盆端到地基的地方，抹了一个小角，一天后那个角干了，就在那个角上和
水泥往其他地方铺。开始买了20袋水泥，后来又买了5袋，是石子的，最后买了一袋沙
子混的。水泥铺上去也没拿水平仪测测就开始搭shed了。（地基大概1.5-2英寸厚吧）
