单的吧:
国内工资报基本工资还是所有杂七杂八的津贴暖气费什么一起报？所有到手的收入补贴
一起报。
是报税后的还是税前的？当然是税前的。
大家好！我是实在搞不清楚了。没办法才上来问的。希望好心人能帮我解答这些疑问！

我们全家4口去年4月海归的。我公民。老公绿卡。老公在这边高校工作4个月有w2. 现
在老公国内有有工作。我没有。大娃回去后再没回美国。二娃和我和我老公回过美国一
趟7月底八月。d我们三待了两周就回中国了。然后今年11月底我和二娃又回美国待到现
在。老公大娃留在国内。
我们工资国外国内加一起3万出头工资。我没有工作。
我在美国有permanent address. 海归前把所有的信啊地址都改到我父母家了。我现在
也住在父母家里。
想问我这种情况报税怎么报？

？说他们去国内vacation. 我不确定我是不是会一直留着国内。估计够呛。我自己是美

题是不大，因为你不需要提交转身份的申请，移民局也不会管你。
总之，你提交转身份的申请时必须附上recent paystubs，对于移民局来说，没有

也算。
我们单位是工作一年以上就可以请假一年，personal leave，老板不用给你保留职位，
不发工资，但老板得同意办才行。这种是Inactive Leave of Absence，因为不留职，
留职的是active leave of absence。不同单位说法不一，我朋友说她们单位是leave

前，我知道我拿不到waiver了，即使只是3个学分，加上我的保险不能waive，我需要自

时候真的很绝望，一怒之下就take leave of absence了，在学期开始的前一天，把h4
的申请交上去，也把leave of absence的form提交了。
我现在都记不清楚什么时候拿的rfe，可能是3月或者4月，准备的过程更加痛苦，又一
轮的写信和被拒绝，我申请时候没有任何editor的推荐信，所以在rfe的时候，应该会
很有帮助。可是我审稿最多的两个杂志，几个编辑不是拒绝就是不理我。后来我无奈给
只审稿一次的杂志编辑也写信了，最让我感激的，是一个欧洲的杂志，他们的秘书给我
写了热情的回信，说会约到给我发审稿信的编辑，让他给我写reference letter。那个
编辑去度假了，这个热情的秘书又帮我找了杂志主编，给了写了很strong的信，我想，
这对我最后的顺利通过一定起了很大的作用。

彭博表示，“纽约市公校不能把每一个特定的假日都作为学校和学生的休息日，否
则纽约市就没有学校了（We’d have no school）”。
对此，孟昭文表示，彭博的言论和意见过于夸大，其决定是不公平的，令人失望。
