生是我们的服务对象，评教是学生对我们老师提供的服务的个人体验，所以我一定要让
学生舒服。
1. 学生成绩低，能不能curve？ 我的经验是不要curve分数，因为这个白给的分数，不
太可能提高学生的体验。我觉得最好是提供extra points 机会，这样学生才觉得是你
在帮忙，而且他们通过自己的努力得到了分数，也才能有成就感。
2. 如何考勤？考勤中有个事情我试过，发现有很大问题。就是给全勤的人5分的奖励，
这个政策行不通，我试过一次发现在这个政策下，学生非常在乎全勤，很多人来找我理
论他的某一次absence是excused absence。这个政策不要用，因为会勾起矛盾。考勤的
办法，我用过的有clicker，sign form, 都有很大的机会作弊。我觉得最有效的办法是
pop quiz, 一定要自己打印pop quiz paper, 到了快下课的时候就发出去，一人一份，

Temporary absences due to special circumantances, including absences due to
illness, education, business, vacation or military service, are ignored.
I think you can still claim if you can make up the special situations. |

甚至在最后一段还提到在第二年的4月15 还不够183天， 还可以推延报税日期到meet
183天以后再报啊？

我们全家4口去年4月海归的。我公民。老公绿卡。老公在这边高校工作4个月有w2. 现
在老公国内有有工作。我没有。大娃回去后再没回美国。二娃和我和我老公回过美国一
趟7月底八月。d我们三待了两周就回中国了。然后今年11月底我和二娃又回美国待到现
在。老公大娃留在国内。
我们工资国外国内加一起3万出头工资。我没有工作。
我在美国有permanent address. 海归前把所有的信啊地址都改到我父母家了。我现在
也住在父母家里。
想问我这种情况报税怎么报？
1 . File marry file jointly 对不？
2）国内工资怎么报？报基本工资还是所有杂七杂八的津贴暖气费什么一起报？是报税
后的还是税前的？需要出证明吗？国内工资单怎么出证明？是中文的。
3）child tax credit 能claim 吗？
4）earn income tax 能claim 吗？能用temporary absence 来 claim 我的两个孩子吗
