我这个半吊子跟你说说这个蝴蝶效应吧。
一个小球立在一个尖顶，下面有好几十个不同的凹坑，
尖顶的面积很小，小球改变一个微小的位置都能导致滑向完全不同的凹坑。
在这里尖顶位置就是初始条件，任何位置的轻微改变是初始条件的扰动（蝴蝶翅膀），
下面所有的凹坑是这个解的空间集合。
蝴蝶效应导致任何预测小球滑向特定凹坑的预测都很难，但不管如何扰动，最终解总是
下面凹坑中的一个。
当初搞天气那帮人提蝴蝶效应，发现任何微小改动初始条件，模拟半年后，在同一地点
时间可能是大晴天和大暴雨的区别，这样的预测自然没有任何意义。但如果从大尺度，
好比几十年的统计，这些蝴蝶效应对平均量的影响很小。
前面已经有人说了，天气预测里蝴蝶就是闪死了翅膀，在地球上也搞不出木星那样的风
暴来。

RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR.
A few months ago I was nominated for Governor of the great State of New York
, to run against Stewart L. Woodford and John T. Hoffman, on an independent
ticket. I somehow felt that I had one prominent advantage over these
