1000m (LW radio frequency) to 10^(-10)m (X-ray), in wavelength. The
application is mostly for material analysis and determination.
E.g., if we have a piece of organic mixture and want to know its components,
we may just sweep IR (infra-red) though/on it, by observing the absorbance
peaks on the transmission/reflection spectrograph (x-axis is the frequency,

每周2个long run，加一个超长long run，这样还要加强度的速度练习，还只是三天。
其他4天，给游泳和骑车，也都是拼距离耐力的，这样不知道你身体受的了不。
最近看了一个人谈他跑步训练的录像，里面说到，如果训练量大，但是身体吸收消化（
absorb）不了，不但白训练了，还容易搞垮身体。他把rest改成了身体absorb时间和
recover时间。我觉得这个概念还是很有道理的，根据个人情况量力而行，如果这个计
划身体暂时接受不了，减就是了，没啥的。预祝训练愉快！ |

size. I added a couple 120mm quiet case fan in the back running low speed
to draw some air out, otherwise everytime you open, you get leather smell
from all the shoes inside.
Stain is not so hard, different wood absorb (soak in) differently, what kind
of wood did you use? Porosity of wood can vary greatly, even within the
same piece of wood. End grain and bias-cut grain are far more absorbent,
thus will accept more pigm |

A gallon of ethanol gives about 77 KBTU, and require 35KBTU, and thus net
energy is 42 KBTU.
A gallon of gasoline gives about 125 KBTU and requires about 15 KBTU, and
thus net energy is 110 KBTU, more than 2.5 times higher than ethanol.
Ethanol is about $2.02 /gal (after 0.51/gal of tax-payer money subsidy) in
2008 (the credit was reduced to 0.45/gal in 2009), and gasoline is $2.85/gal
