包围城市的群众路线。大家的目的是一致的，就是与奥傻做斗争。
虽然这两个行动之前没有进行协调沟通，但是殊途同归，最终迫使奥本答应Family
Fall Accross。当然，是哪一方面的力量起了决定性的作用，只有奥本自己知道。但功
劳无疑是属于所有为之付出努力，付出金钱，付出时间的中国EB23们的。
在这里，我更想指出的是，革命尚未成功，同志仍须努力！已经有的一点点成绩我们不
能沾沾自喜，而是应该思考下一步的行动，思考如何更加有效的组织进攻。

懂得使用公制。
多数人身材比美国好多了，不像美国穷人就知道吃。
con：
极端粗鲁。比如今天我在一个路口等红灯，然后另外方向其实没车，但我考虑雪大怕突
然出现车了躲不及就没有闯。结果两个加拿大女人就一边说着什么“go accross”之类
的，直接推了我后背一把，自己闯红灯过去了。
另外就是进电梯的人丝毫不让从里面出来的。转弯车辆也不让行人（当然美东一些大城

从来不影响开。这个问题说不定换一下油清洗sensor就解决了，我是这么猜的。
不过，dealer唯一建议就是换actuator，

检测 130 （已付）； tax rate 10%
也就是4100总价修这个东西。而大多数人都自己想办法脱困了，根本没有找dealer。
我大概这么多年不换油太离谱了， 看看小店的怎么说。

如果小店几百换油能解决问题，那dealer就太黑了。

before you call the listing agent.
A few examples:

House 2#: Listing agent didn't even accept our attempted offer. Basically he
said don't waste your time.

在态度和看法上，这和让大很多的小孩参加boot camp只有一定的类似性。

联。

办H1b分三步走：
第一步,Prevailing wage determination. 以前在州里做，应该是立等可取.
现在都要提交到Washington DC劳工部的PWD center做。据说最长要60天。
拿学校OISS管事的原话就是"this brings a lot of trouble accross the country".
第二步，必须完成第一步，然后做LCA certificate,也要在DOL做，大该要2周。但是
一周后就算没做完，也可以用LCA pending的状态做第三步。
第三步：给移民局submit H-1b (new, renew or transfer)材料。
我们第一步1/21就申请了，现在还没消息。OISS的老师说，第一步对于我们申请H-1b的，
不象办PERM那么严格，PWD可以通过其他的source获得。比如高校的H-1b的PWD可以
通过CUPA-HR的数据库获得。但这样做的风险是，因为雇主没有通过DOL的source做PWD，
很有可能被DOL或者移民局audit。当然，大部分学校一般是照章 |

基本上从Bylaw 和项目上都采用了LIA 的做法，说明LIA的教训让后面的组织收益。最
