accumulate chips, it only means that MMs are believing the current price is
attractive, it does not mean the bottom is right here. One thing is likely,
when rebounce finally comes, the price will almost surely pass the price
where MMs start to collect chips.
And MMs might change opinions when new evidences come out.
Accumulation is a process. That's all I want to say.

one question, I'm married, my husband is here. If I go back United States
as B2 visa, and back to China, The periods, I stay in China could be
accumulated within 2-year requirements, right? If I apply F-1 visa and come
here as student, during F1, I go back China in Summer and Winter break,
Those time periods would not be accumulated within 2-years, right?

In 2007, 2008 and 2009, they received tons of EB1 cases and those cases got
accumulated. In 2009 and 2010, they had to use full visa numbers to solve
EB1 accumulation. Last year they almost cleaned up the EB1 accumulation.
For FY 2010, the spill over was lower than expected because of the EB1

它的算法有點象annuity. 它 有一個accumulation value, 還有一個benefit base. 你
放premium,比方10万，你的benefit base是每年以7%guanarteed 增長，你的
accumulation value則根據市場浮動，帶cap,帶管理費用。
若干年後，每年可以開領benefit base的4%，直搗終身，如果你推遲領取，比如65歲開
領，就以4。5%算。如果若干年後的accumulation value超過benefit base,則benefit
base以accumulation value來算，那個大取那個作為領取基數。
我覺得annuity好像是領取限定年數的，領完就沒有了，但這個有點保險的意思，又有
點年金的意思。不知道你們有沒有聽說，有沒有什麼需要注意的地方。 |

如果学校为你贡献17%，你个人可以最多自己贡献7%。 当然如果你想多到手现金，也可
以选择减少个人自付部分。当然缺点一是影响你的
未来收益，二是按照uni super说明，一旦你减少自付部分，你将不能恢复到原先支付
