我的联邦退税2/5/2008寄,3/7/2008拿到.因为没有什么经验,在申请退税的时候,
additonal child tax credit填写了0. 3/10/2008收到IRS的来信,说可以补填写8812,
大概是530$ additonal child tax credit, 3/17/2008寄出,到现在,大概2个半月了,没
有任何消息.不知道大家的都多长时间可以拿到,是不是一定可以拿到? |

For my company's FSA, you can only use(or reimburse) the additional amount
which you add for the expense after the life-time change event(such as birth
of your child).
For example, you put $500 into FSA on Jan 1, 2013. You child is born on Oct
1, 2013. On Oct 15, 2013, you put additional $1000(up to $2000) into your
FSA. This additonal $1000 can only be used for the expense after Oct 1, 2013
(including this day).

account? If so, delete one of them, then you can add a new credit card
number. I had the same issue last month, and was able to resolve it by
deleting one of the expired CC #.
BTW, don't delete all of them at once. It seems that Paypal considers
frequent deletion/additon of CC# as suspicious action and may close your
paypal account.
I do agree that Paypal is pain in the ass. So I avoid Paypal/eBay shopping

我的基本情况: 从去年10月份,开始postdoc工作,在原来的实验室,去年1~9月份是学生.
去年扣除5,000,然后w2上面的工资差不多27,000.
两个dependent, 我太太和儿子. 因为儿子是2007年12月15日出生,去年报税的时候,因
为第一次,所以不知道还有child tax and additional child tax credilt.后来是IRS
来信提醒才知道,可以报child tax credit,然后拿回来~500,但是填写的是8812 for
additional child tax credit.
今年 1040A, file-jointly, 填写了8812 for additonal child tax credit, 然后在
1040A上面还claim了868$ child tax credit, 因为但是看 file 8901 if required.
以为是需要就交, 不需要就不交. 今天联邦税回来了, 没有additional child tax
credit, 不知道是不是和没有交 8901有关? 另 |

07年08年tax period 时候都没有填additionl child tax credit的表格,今年6月收到irs寄来的表格8812,说我们可以claim additonal child tax credit. 然后我们就按照要求赶紧填了寄了,又把07年的补填了.后来一直没有消息.
直到昨天收到irs的信说我们not eligible for additionl child tax credit for tax
period: dec. 31, 2008.
对07年的一点没有提.
这是怎么回事啊,他们寄来的表让我们补填,又说我们不合格,现在该怎么办啊?07年的没有提,也是被拒了吗? 还是07,08都没有希望拿到了?
能查到为什么不合格吗?能argue 吗?
