他说他应该不会去念
因为觉得自己能力不足
去了之后跟不上别人的脚步 说不定还被退学
这样反而吃力不讨好
不过我觉得如果我能拿到MIT的admission
我应该是一定会去念的
(当然机率应该是微乎其微,而且学费实在有够高,奖学金也不容易拿)
毕竟大家都知道MIT是超优秀学校
(我是念CS的,所以这是以CS的角度来看,我不是很清楚其他科系是怎样)
去了应该对自己是一种很大的刺激与挑战吧

现在想在 在Texas A&M 和 University of Houston 中选一个， 希望各位大牛能给些
建议。
A&M 学校名气大 但在大学城 如果平时想找个part time 或者internship 什么的几乎
没有机会，而且我也要放弃现在的工作 去那full time 读书。估计那的pre requisite
也比较多。
如果 去U of Houston 休斯顿 大小公司多 也许以后能找个cs part time 的职位 ，
提早积累经验，但UH 的牌子很A&M 要差不少。
想问各位大牛 学校牌子对转行的来说有多重要？ 这两个学校选哪个比较好？

student 网页。哥大的师范学校那个admitted student 网页里面我输入了我的id号码
，然后点击忘记密码。然后他们吧密码传到我的邮箱里了。然后我就按照邮箱里面给我
的密码输入进去。然后就进去了。可是进去之前我没有收到任何的email offer, 或者
是paper based的offer.可是当我输入tc id号码和我的密码到admitted student 网页
里面，上面说着welcome, 然后说congradulation我被入取了。可是我不是确定，因为
我没有收到email或者信件的offer.现在到底怎样？？？？？我打电话给TC然后他们说
保密，不告诉我。 |

Michigan much better than they know about Georgia Tech. Overall reputation,
Michigan is better, but US news ranked Georgia Tech on the 4th for
Engineering. Don't know which ranking is more important. other admissions
such as Purdue doesn't seem to be as competitive, so I guess they are out of

Will take 3.5 years to get md, enroll in spring, so will get md one year
earlier. the main thing is the school is low tier and the program is
exprimental, meanwhile the chance to get in a good med school is low and
risky.

身份，今天刚收到BSN的admission，申请的时候感觉很绝望，感觉人家都是GPA3.5+，
自己一点优势都没有。后来advisor建议我去做志愿者，在ER做了一个多学期的志愿者
，还有一个叫shadowing program(就是跟着nurse学一些基础的技术，但自己不能做),
申请了一所BSN program，没想到受到录取了。自己感觉做志愿者很有用，一是可以练
习口语还有熟悉医学词汇，二是对申请很有帮助。 |

为生老大,陪LD来美国读博士, 然后生老二, 在家带孩子7年了. 其间也申请过两次学校
, 但每次都申请LD以前读的一个学校,都没成功, 失败的主要原因可能是申请跨专业(统
计)的博士. 2010年, LD来LA做博后,去年老二也开始上学, 所以又重新申请了一次, 这
次是1个统计, 4个生物统计(有一个是LD现在的学校),一个会计硕硕士(CSU). 现在最想
去的LD的学校把我拒了.University of Florida的School of Public Heath要给我
Admission. 所在城市的另一个学校CSU还没结果.
我特别想去读, 呆在家带小孩7年了, 年龄也大了, 再不读以后要申请也不容易.GRE今
年年底就过期了, 还得找人写推荐信. 每次找人写推荐信特别不好意思, 因为人家都帮
我写了好几次了.我的同学很多都早就博士毕业了, 没读博的人工作也都不错,至少稳定
. 我原来本科成绩年级前十的, 女生中差不多最好的了. 现在跟以前的同学联系什么的
