homeownership program的。不是section 8，但是要求类似，年收入、资产都有上限。
这样的小区是不是绝对不能碰？
地点是美国东北某大学城，治安还可以，黑人不多。 |

话，最后，虽然她可以通过exchange system来买plan,但是貌似享受不了任何subsidy～
我查了很多bill 和 eligibility，对于f-2这种情况，讲的比较含糊～ 电话里面的
representitive转了几级 也没有人能解答我的问题
请问有前辈去年或者今年 搞成功了的吗？
对于F-2 如果不能得到subsidy，有什么别的办法办到price不太离谱的保险吗？ |

I read Bespoke Investment Group also(free version),but the biggest problem is, it tells you what happened,(Statistically speaking, balabala...) but it never tells you what is happening.

, plus taxes and insurance. So your total monthly payment may be around $2k,

I'd say it's pretty tight if the income is $8k a month and you still have
car loans and daycare. Or it takes two income to afford the mortgage payment

我感觉是700～800K，可这个价位有点高不成低不就的 850K 会不会很吃力？
另外15y vs 30y loan的问题，我怎么感觉30y月供只能少1K多，非常不合算，为什么听

15y的很少？当然如果投资年收入能稳定超过5%贷30y估计合算，不过想想不太会把全部
积蓄扔到高风险
