我吃过不少好的steak house，ld做的这块比吃过的restaurant都赞
recipe
选肉：很关键，一定要选dry aged beef (rib eye, top sirloin, tenderloin, etc),
USDA choice 以上的grade. （如果不是dry aged beef做法有很大不同）
making：
1。 抹上salt ＋ pepper ＋ extra virgin olive oil
2。 cast iron放oven 500度热3分钟，拿出来后放炉子上接着大火热。
3。 把准备好的肉放进去，每面sear 2分钟，出来就是medium rare。 3分钟出来是
medium。 我偏爱medium rare 一些，非常juicy。

new age代表人物，例如雅尼，恩雅，神秘园。这三者中，我最喜欢的是神秘园，但是
也只听过她的两张专辑。
神秘园的有些曲目实在是很美，总让我想起来黎明或者黄昏时刻的蒙着淡淡雾霭的山谷
。那种静谧之中游离的思绪，被小提琴凄恻的旋律牵引着在一片空旷的原野中游荡。（
用英语来形容，一种nostalgia， 但不知道恰当与否）
只是这一类音乐除了一些经典之作，大多没有什么辨识度，听起来雷同。
前两年又发掘出韩国一新生代钢琴作曲兼演奏家：yiruma, 他的一些作品听起来还不错
。前两天又刚刚发现一位旅韩德华裔钢琴作曲家 “白日梦”，他有一首代表作还不错。

候唱过粤剧，可惜荒废已久。粤剧，如同一间放在箱底的戏服，偶尔不由自主地，还是
会翻出来，晒晒，看看，想想，叹口气，可惜再也穿不上了。
南国红豆日渐调令，很多地方戏慢慢走下坡路，是不争的事实。然而漂在万里之外，乡
音，熟悉的老家戏曲一响起，就会狠狠地触动了心底的那根想家的弦。其实，何止是戏
剧呢，就连戏剧伴奏的民乐，不也需要翻新吗，不然的话，慢慢地，就会被人遗忘了。
也曾经看过日本鬼子的传统戏剧，还是那个一板一眼的，也加入一些新的舞台元素
，比如用很新奇的舞台装备等等。创新派和传统派的平衡，从来都是各种民族艺术传承
的重要课题。到了九十年代初，从爱尔兰人，德国人那里，我们接触到了一种新的音乐
形式：new age。这个定义很复杂，我就不多说了。欧洲人的new age取得了重大的成功
。被所谓新潮的摇滚音乐闹得浮躁不已的全世界人民，都从new age里面汲取清新润肺
的片刻安宁。原来儿时的民谣，传统的乐器，也可以在电子合成器的帮助下，重新焕发
出意境高远空灵的魅力。

书里的东西还是那些老套的几个理论.大家平时有没有想过这个东东?say something:)
worm里做的比较系统,多半是建立在life span assay system
其它模式生物除了yeast有一点新东西,基本上都是照搬worm里鉴定出来的pathway
做一遍,没多少新的发现.
mice里鲜有人做.
cell line倒是做的很多,工作也比较系统,不过似乎和个体的ageing不是一回事.
现在吵的比较厉害的还是到底ageing是一个受基因调控的过程,还是一个纯粹的自然衰退
的过程.大家的意见呢?

顺便说个花边新闻，Steve之前读到一篇烂文，忘记是不是那个俄罗斯公司的了，也是
