put and call options, tag-along and drag-along rights, anti-dilution, piggy-
back rights 等.
对于小股东， anti-dilution clause 反稀释很有用。
Drag Along Right 就是强卖权。不要觉得只要能吸引投资，什么都是次要的。这个条
款，弄不好，创业者就会血本无归。
Tag Along Rights 翻译成跟随权，如果多数股东出售其股权，少数股东有权加入交易
，出售持有的公司少数股权。

最近比较忙，这才有时间上来查看。大家的热情很令我惊讶。
谢谢大家对螃蟹贴的关注。有些人也提出善意的批评以及建议，至此一并表示感谢。就
大家关心的一些问题集中做一下回答，就不一一回复了，见谅。
事情的起因是本版比较冷清，想活跃一下版面，再加上之前有人批评我的活动不透明，
就发了这个螃蟹贴，娱乐一下版上的同学。不料引起了本版以外同学们的广泛关注。2
天就近2万的点击还是很令我目瞪口呆的。
关于螃蟹的尺寸，螃蟹并不小的。因为拍摄的角度以及上传时画面被压缩的关系，大家
看起来觉得有点小，但其实并不小， 都是符合当地的标准。大部分是男螃蟹，少数是
女螃蟹。当然啦，为了拍照让大家观赏， 还是得拍女螃蟹比较好看。
看贴的人来自全美。50个州各有自己不同的渔业规定。这些螃蟹亦符合当地的规定，
而你也只需符合你当地的法规即可。无需同时满足全部50个州的标准，有自虐倾向的除
外。

There is a camp ground on Tinkham Rd along I-90. I don't remember the exit,
Exit 42, 45, or something like that. Anyway, it shouldn't be too hard to
find on the maps. It's right by the Snoqualmie River South Fork, with lots
of accesses to the river from your camp site, if you're lucky enough to find
one that's right on the river bank, that is. It's far from civilization but

super strong, gusting over 30mph. Any finesse presentation was impossible,

Bear Mountain 50 Miles. It was a very last minute decision inspired by Pen
