的应用。
以前骨科术后，还有房颤和血栓病人，一般都服用华法林（Coumadin）预防血栓。但是
Coumadin是高风险药，而且血药浓度不稳定，治疗窗口比较窄。所以第一住院时间延长
，第二平时病人还要定期去抽血化验检查血药浓度。
但是coumadin有一点非常好，就是有antidote，就是维生素K。如果Coumadin过量，可
以给vit k降低出血概率。当然vit k也很危险，所以一般和血浆置换结合着用。
抗凝血药是一个非常大的市场，bigpharm看到华法林的成功，就试图开发出新一代抗凝
血药。新一代抗凝血药确实成功上市了，它们比Coumadin方便很多，很多病人头一天还
在接受静脉肝素治疗，第二天开始口服eliquis，xeralto等新药后马上就可以出院，而
且回家后不用去医院抽血化验，医生现在也越来越aggressive地开这些药，除了传统的
应用，现在有些医生甚至让病人服用这些药来预防中风。
