事先告诉了公司，他们说可以在我们离开后去看房子）。
刚收到公司通知，说厨房的counter top 有2处损伤，估计是平时做饭不小心烫到的，
面积比小茶杯底小，白色的top 微显黄色。公司说因此就要更换整块的面板，要价600
多。觉得他们这么做很不地道，因为毕竟是住了2年多的房子，而且小的烫伤完全可以
要些磨损费，而不是去全部换新。
不太清楚如何去和他们争论，以及在美国通过何种法律渠道去保护房客的权益 （因为
辩论的最终结果也是房屋公司通过讨账公司催款）。恳求建议，多谢。
另外也提供给大家一个经验，不要在公司没视察房子的情况下搬走。去和他们争辩这个
counter top， 随后他们就又找了另外一处问题 （以前没有提到过），要再额外收取
费用。有点无耻，因为旧房子本身就很多问题，但觉得没什么好办法。 |

Description: 由于个人原因，本人要搬家到华盛顿陪女友。 这里的房子签的是一年的
lease。 breaking lease fee太高了 于是考虑转租。
房租lease从9月7日到2013年7月7日。
房子很好，住了几个月没有任何问题。位于三楼建筑的二楼， 起居室和主卧室阳光充
足，窗外可以看到小游泳池。交通方便，去大华，costco都很方便。 周边中餐馆也不
少 （我最爱的三好拉面开车5分钟就到了）。
由于搬家，不少家具都不打算搬走，（queen size的床垫，queen size的沙发床，厨具
，电饭煲微波炉吸尘器 等等）相信对于有需要的同志也是省了不少麻烦。

小区开车到Oak Ridge National Lab只要20分钟左右，如果你在或者将要

觉人也不错。
这是一个3房的APARTMENT，主卧带卫生间，在房间里。客厅沙发也很多，还挺干净，他
说房子里还有打印机扫描仪什么的，随便用。房东（男）住一间，另外一间是租给一个
女的。种族不清楚。
但是今天是朋友帮我去看的房子，说房东是黑人，有点像南美的，有点像Jamaica牙买
加的人那种，黑黑的瘦瘦的。说感觉人挺NICE。一边打工一边读书。
之前房东电话里告诉我这个房子是他和他哥哥租下来的，master room之前是他哥哥住
，但他哥哥走6个月，所以租出去。我说我想住两个月，他说他中间有一个半月也不在
，就我和另一个室友。
除了房东是黑人，其他的基本都挺满意的。不知道这个可以吗？想到和黑人住好害怕。
但是南美的，是不是还好？
