now. But later I tried O1 visa application, and got approved quickly.
So O1 is one option to go. The process will be quite similar to EB1. You
might work hard now for those ridiculous material, but later you can easily
use the same material for your GC appliation.

我到一个新地方工作。我老婆（H1B）辞了工作和我一起去的。由于新单位来不及给我办
H1B （我还在OPT），所以我让我原来的学校给我老婆办了F2。学校给我和我老婆都发了
新的I20表，一个给我，一个给我老婆。但由于我不细心，我当时并不知道转换身份还需
要递交一个转换身份的表（I-539）。直到今天，我老婆在当地找到了一份工作。我们去
和律师谈话时才知道，我老婆已经OUT OF STATUS FOR 43 DAYS。现在的问题是，我们应
该如何半：
1）现在开始直接申请H1 TRANSFER？
2）现在同时开始申请F2和H1 （TRANSFER OR NEW H1B CASE？）

发帖数: 1579 | 32 Condo 一般比apartment严格，这个move in fee虽然不普遍，但房东说的算，他要收，
而你又喜欢这个房子，这是一个愿打一个愿挨的事。
Boston这边的房东，如果房子条件比较好，都比较selective，特别是私人房东，他们
有时宁可空着，也不会租给他们觉得不满意的房客。毕竟房客住进去了，麻州的法律是
比较保护房客的，要赶走不是很容易的，如果坏房客给房子搞破坏，那就不是一个月，
两个月房租的损失了。
另外，有时找realtor 看房，确实还没有看房，先让你填application，有时还要交20-
30刀做credit check，主要是pre-screen你是不是qualified，如果申请人一开始就不
合格，realtor根本就懒得带你去看了。
Boston学生多，租房者良莠不齐，房东和realtor大多在租房前要查清楚的。另外，那
个租房的appliation 的那个要SSN，income，bank等信息的表格是Greater Boston
Real Estate Board提供的统一表格，所以确实算是rule了，没有特别针对某个人。 |

却在alt-tab列表中看不到。task manager可以看到，但是不能switch to，只能终止失
去响应的软件，这个软件可能是eclipse,也可能是ie.
我在想，有可能我内存分配了或devic context 没有释放？还是java虚拟机会处理这个
