昨天半夜收到card production通知，因为才递了两个半月，激动得一宿没睡安稳。早上起来一看，又在后半夜相继收到了140的approval和485的dicision和post-dicision通知。看起来，这事是真的了。

one positive Phase 3 trial started to die down, a Chinese company garnered a
regulatory thumbs-up for its drug, also with one Phase 3 trial. On November

前几天把485给交了，赚个RP, 贴一帖我的485清单, 我重复了一些材料,主要是看到最
近老是485RFE,什么出生证明，结婚证明呀，所有本着油多不坏菜的原则，就都弄了，
希望不会再485RFE,呵呵

我的情况是这样的，我在5月份申请从F1转换身份到H4（I-539）,并且同时申请了H4-
EAD（I-765）6月下旬在 移民局官网查到状态已经approved，但是后来只收到H4-EAD卡
，一直没有收到这两个申请的approval notice，去移民局官网一查状态显示Document
returned to USCIS. 可能是中间换过地址的原因，所以我又request了寄一份新的。现
在只收到EAD 那个I-765 approval notice. 没有收到转换身份I-539那个approval，但
国内有事情需要9月初回国一趟，
我的问题是：
1）如果没有收到转换身份的approval notice我是否9月可以离境？
2）如果可以，那请问我6月下旬查到approved之后到9月离境前，这段时间的身份是什
么？（因为我收到H4-EAD后就使用了，所以比较担心没有approval notice这段时间的
身份问题）
3）如果回国再申请H4 VISA的时候需要拿在美国的I-539的approval notice么？

PD: Jan-2, 2013 （我和老公先后收到email，前后相差20分钟左右）。
12月的时候看着9月10月的兄弟姐妹们都绿了我们就有点毛，去做了infopass，结果被
告知信息不在local office的系统里，被轰了回来。然后12月28号左右找了议员，按照
要求在网上填了个表，1月1号时fax给了议员，估计是这个起了作用。
有意思的是我同时申请了NIW，结果EB1A approve后半个月NIW被RFE，选择无视，前两
天刚刚接到RFE过期被deny的通知。看来NIW的DIY也很有难度啊！！
附上我485申请的checklist，为了防止RFE，出生证明和结婚证有三个copy，每个申请
一个:

Update: 4:15PM, LD's case got approved (cecision, approved)
5:00PM, both, "we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer's new permanent resident status"

797 approval notice。 请教大家一般多久收到。 有没有可能只收到email notice?
现在网上查status是这样的：

收到approve notice，485的package以及按照收到approve notice准备好了， 好着急
，USCIS查case状态如下：

节前一周提交直接pp，节后上班第一天晚上查状态显示approved。
之前有过一次denial的经历，又是直接pp NSC，本来是做好了RFE的准备，没想到直接
approved.有点喜出望外，昨天一直很high，现在才平静一下上来报告这个好消息，也
总结一下这两年的经历，希望也给大家带来一些好运气。
从2013年1月开始联系律师到现在一共两年整的时间，中间经历NIW approvel, 1st
Eb1a RFE, EB1a Daniel, 2nd Eb1a refile and approve，再加上工作和生活的变动，
非常辛苦，主要是精神压力很大，现在回想起来都不知道怎么挺过来的。anyway非常庆
幸自己有勇气去尝试并最终坚持了下来。

Approve of Notice?他们为什么要Keep我的Original I-140 approval Notice.
另外，我比他们还早一天收到一份Original Approve of Notice, 律师事务所写这封信
还有
什么意义？

update，以為綠了。。結果一看原來是又被approve了一次。。有哪位降級的有類似的

我的情况是这样的，我在5月份申请从F1转换身份到H4（I-539）,并且同时申请了H4-
EAD（I-765）6月下旬在 移民局官网查到状态已经approved，但是后来只收到H4-EAD卡
，一直没有收到这两个申请的approval notice，去移民局官网一查状态显示Document
returned to USCIS. 可能是中间换过地址的原因，所以我又request了寄一份新的。现
在只收到EAD 那个I-765 approval notice. 没有收到转换身份I-539那个approval，但
国内有事情需要9月初回国一趟，
我的问题是：
1）如果没有收到转换身份的approval notice我是否9月可以离境？是不是美国的转换
身份的申请视为放弃？
2）我收到H4-EAD就使用了，但是现在I-539转换身份的approval notice没有收到，是
不是意味着我在未收到I-539时使用EAD是不合法的呢？(因为我的理解是：H4 EAD is
based on approved I-539...)
