你没能用CONTINGENCY来保护自己,很难.
先和你的AGENT/ESCROW联系一下,征求他们的意见, 一般能ARBITRATION尽可能的
ARBITRATION, COURTROOM是最后没有办法的选择. 即使赢了,律师也把肉吃了,给你留点
汤;如果输,损失就加大了.

SELLER不可能不知道尺寸大小( 买房, APPRAISAL,REFINANCE都涉及实际大小问题).
TITLE REPORT上就有SELLER买房/REFINANCE的记录. BROKER依照PUBLIC RECORD来LIST
算不了malpractice.
如果是TRUSTEE SALE, SELLER有可能逃脱责任.
同意keaiduoduo回的贴子,先让你的AGENT来联系LISTING AGENT,要求降价或退出合同.
没有你的同意, ESCROW不能把押金给SELLER. 因为ESCROW是第三方中立,买卖双方有冲
突需要ARBITRATION, ARBITRATION没结果再LEGAL LAWSUIT. 一旦有LAWSUIT,要立刻
RECORD到PUBLIC RECORD上, SELLER就没法卖. 一般SELLER不是有理不会走到LAWSUIT的
地步.
建议让AGENT交涉的同时找REAL ESTATE LAW咨询. AGENT不能提供LEGAL ADVISE.

己的保险公司geico走uninsured motorist(uim) policy赔偿你。
但如果当时都是行驶中，第二辆车不是全责，也一定是有过错的一方，至于如何赔偿，
要你的保险公司去和他的保险公司协商。
arbitration是个好办法，但是雇佣arbitrator又是一笔花费。你绝对是无过错的一方
，这个费用要对方来出。
建议你书面通知对方保险公司，他们的保险人在事故中的过失（车距啊，车速啊，安全
意识啊，能想到的都说），还有你的损失（修车的费用，修车的时间，修车期间租车的
费用，车在事故后diminished value等等），要求他们严肃对待，不然你只能去WA
insurance commissioner那里file一个complaint。 |

我爸年前感恩节是做了一个腹部大手术，2星期后我们在医生诊所给我爸拔引流管的时
候，医生让我们签了一份PHYSICIAN-PATIENT ARBITRATION AGREEMENT。 上面明确写了
有纠纷必需由NUTRAL ARBITRATION 来决定， AND WE ARR GIVING RIGHT TO A JURY OR
COURT TRIAL。 后来我看了一下仲裁的步骤，说是好像万一有医疗纠纷需仲裁，我们
必修自己出钱请仲裁员，支付各种仲裁前的费用。我们不能走JOURY 或COURT TRIAL.
等等限制，不是一般人能搞得清楚的。 我的问题是
（1）万一有纠纷，难道我们就因为这份协议，不能请免费律师来处理这个事情？
（2）上面写道双方都可以选一个仲裁员，这个仲裁员可以是律师吗，还是一批经过特
殊认证的人？如果是后者，那就是我们必需付费的服务，是不是？
（3）那份协议上还写道，我们可以在签那份协议的30天内，书面撤销那份协议。如果
我现在去撤销那份协议，会有何不良的后果？

一切都是从去年9月Lease那辆2010款四驱车开始的。当时很看重这世界知名的品牌，对其质量毫无怀疑，所以连试车都省了，当场就签了协议。把一辆新车开回家，本来是无比欢喜的事情，但没想到是恶魔进了家门。
一个月后，我把停在自家车道上的新车开到街边，没灭引擎，下车去挪车库里的另一辆车，没承想，已经放Parking档的新车无端向前滑行，结果撞上停在路边的邻居车，虽然不太严重，也花了好几百块钱给人家修车。但是问题出在哪里，让我这个开了十年车，一向谨慎的人百思不得其解。
如果说这是一次小事故的话，那么去年12月5日，也就是我开新车刚刚三个月的时候，再一次事故以及后面的系列遭遇，不但让我丧失了开新车的喜悦之情，而且产生了对它的惧怕之感。

As for the venue to settle a dispute: Parties to a contract (the agreement
between Russia and China is a contract) may stipute the venue (where and
what: in the latter: a court or arbitration) when a contract is signed. For
example, you may have signed a similar contract with your credit card issuer
(bank) about venue and law of the state that decides the dispute. I have
not heard of France as the inevitable venue. |

线。（第十五条）因此，可以得知，一九八二年联合国海洋法公约并不排斥或否认，有

域」。
一、一般历史性水域的定义
「历史性水域法则」(doctrine of historic waters)原则上是一项例外法则，使
得主张国家可以适用一般海洋法划界规则以外的规则，来完成划界工作。这种法则的运
